Wed Aug 18th - How to stay focused

 

It's CRAZY! Easily least once a day I receive a question relating to either regaining focus or keeping it.

In response, I posted this a while back - the exercise really helps you regain that early hunger that helped boost you.

Try it - it's really simple and has always kept me laser focused. But what works for you if complacency is setting in?
